Promote projects for operational improvement and optimization **Date:** Aug 21, 2026 **Location:** LIMA, Peru **Company:** Alicorp S.A.A. **What will be your challenge?** -------------------------- Oversee, standardize, and capture efficiencies in logistics operations within the company's exclusive distributor channel, strengthening a logistics model that enables capability building aligned with sales growth and service level improvement. **What will you do in this role?** ------------------------- * Manage and control the Dex channel's logistics budget across warehousing and transportation lines. * Lead logistics control management to implement operational synergies at distributors. * Promote and develop projects for improvement, operational optimization, cost reduction, and/or service level enhancement. * Actively participate in and lead indicator review forums and collaborative projects. * Contribute to the continuous improvement of the exclusive distributor operational model by enhancing logistics capabilities. * Provide timely responses to highly complex situations, establishing clear strategies and action plans. * Lead relationships with key business stakeholders and distributors. * Lead engagement with RTM management to contribute value to business strategies by integrating the logistics perspective. **What do we need from you?** --------------------------- * University Education: Graduate in Industrial Engineering or related field. * Additional Education: Preferably, a diploma in Planning Management and/or Distribution and/or Operations in general. * Languages: Intermediate English proficiency. * Software Skills: Office, SAP, WMS. * Supervision of operational staff. * Safety and health management. * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions.
