Job Summary: We are seeking a Distribution Assistant to accompany drivers on distribution routes, performing loading, unloading, and offloading of products, verifying their condition, and maintaining order. Merchandise verification DISTRIBUTION ASSISTANT REQUIREMENTS: * Completed secondary education. * Minimum 3 months of experience in delivery, loading/unloading, or logistical support tasks. * Preferred: basic knowledge of cargo handling and safety practices in merchandise transportation. * Must reside in Ate or nearby areas. * Availability for fieldwork (accompanying drivers on distribution routes). RESPONSIBILITIES: * Load and unload products onto/from the delivery vehicle. * Accompany the driver during delivery routes, ensuring proper transportation of merchandise. * Assist with offloading and delivery of products at distribution points. * Verify the condition and integrity of merchandise during loading and unloading. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the vehicle and work area. * Comply with company safety measures and internal regulations. WORK SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Saturdays: 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. SALARY: * S/. 1,200.00 BENEFITS: * 15 days of vacation per year worked * Formal payroll registration * SIS Health Insurance * Life Insurance (Mandatory Law) Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,200.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
