Distribution Assistant

Job Summary: We are seeking a responsible warehouse and distribution assistant with experience in loading, unloading, and verifying merchandise, as well as familiarity with routes in Lima and Callao. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in the position and knowledge of routes in Lima and Callao 2. Assistance with loading and unloading, and management of deliveries along the route 3. Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team Requirements: · Completed secondary education; responsible and punctual. · Minimum 08 months of experience in this position (mandatory). · Must reside in nearby areas. · Work location: CHORRILLOS · Availability to work from Monday to Saturday (one Sunday per month, which is either exchanged or compensated additionally). · Knowledge and experience with routes in Lima and Callao. (MANDATORY) · Good physical condition and ability to perform heavy labor. · Immediate availability and full-time commitment. · Ability to work under pressure. Responsibilities: · Contribute to maintaining cleanliness and good condition of the vehicle used for distribution duties and/or assigned activities. · Verify delivered products before loading the vehicle (FO vs. Products). · Verify documentation required for delivery to customers. Check supporting dispatch documents assigned to your transport unit. Review waybills before and during customer delivery to confirm acceptance. · Assist with loading and unloading of the primary truck. · Perform loading and unloading of the assigned vehicle at scheduled distribution points within your designated zone. Ensure product integrity. · Coordinate at each point to ensure effective delivery. · Obtain customer signatures on delivery receipts confirming receipt of merchandise. · Report deliveries to your immediate supervisor upon completion of your shift. · Use applications and report deliveries en route. Enter daily activity information into systems. · Collaborate with your team to deliver merchandise faster while maintaining quality. Allocate sufficient time to each customer to provide excellent service. · Comply with the company's established industrial safety standards. · Perform other duties assigned by your supervisor.
