




Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to manage documentation, control payments, attend to customers, coordinate logistics, and assist management while maintaining file organization. Key Responsibilities: 1. Logistics coordination with suppliers and customers 2. Calendar management and executive assistance 3. Comprehensive document management and payment control **Responsibilities:** * Tax document management: invoices, shipping guides, credit notes, and coordination with the accounting department. * Office payment control, service payments, petty cash, and receipt filing. * Customer service via various communication channels. * Preparation and follow-up of quotations, purchase orders, contracts, and technical specifications. * Logistics coordination with suppliers, customers, and transportation services for shipments. * Monitoring of sales, procurement, accounts receivable, and supplier payments. * Calendar administration, meeting coordination, document handling, and task execution for management. * Organization and archiving of physical and digital documents. * Other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor **Additional Information:** * WORK SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:15 PM; Saturdays, 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM. * MYPE payroll (50% BBSS). * Career development path. * 100% in-person work.
