Job Summary: We are seeking a geosynthetics professional to lead projects in West Africa, supervising personnel, equipment, quality, and resolving on-site issues. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunities for career advancement within the Group International Position – Expatriation to West Africa Citland seeks a professional with experience in geosynthetics installation to join our team in West Africa. With over 35 years of experience and more than 62 million m² installed, we primarily develop projects for the mining and industrial sectors. CANDIDATE PROFILE * Minimum 5 years of experience in geosynthetics installation. * Experience as Senior Supervisor, Site Manager, Construction Manager, or similar role. * Solid knowledge of HDPE/LLDPE geomembranes, welding, and QC. * Ability to lead teams and organize on-site work. * Familiarity with installation and maintenance equipment. * Willingness to reside in West Africa and travel to various project sites. * French and/or English language skills are valued. Experience in mining, TSF, heap leach, ponds, and large-scale waterproofing projects will be especially valued. IAGI-CWT certification and knowledge of HDPE/PE100 pipe thermal fusion will be an advantage. MISSION Reporting directly to the Geosynthetics Director, you will participate in project preparation, planning, and execution, including: * Organization of personnel and equipment. * Mobilization and progress monitoring of construction works. * Supervision of production, quality, and HSE. * Management of technical teams. * Resolution of on-site problems. * Technical coordination with clients and CQA.
