FIELD ENGINEER

Position Summary: Field Engineer with experience in supervising building construction projects, responsible for coordinating and controlling construction progress. Key Highlights: 1. Lead supervision and control of building construction processes. 2. Propose solutions and coordinate on-site teams. 3. Planning and scheduling of construction projects, ensuring compliance with standards. Requirements: * Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture * Valid professional license and current registration (CIP) * Proficiency in Last Planner. * Knowledge of Office, AutoCAD, Revit, Project, S10 – Project Management. Experience: * Minimum 5 years of experience as a Field Engineer on building projects of 15 floors or more. * Proven experience in controlling and supervising large-scale construction projects with real estate, construction, or infrastructure companies. * Experience complying with Green Bond and EDGE standards. * Experience monitoring general contractors, including ACI, sanitary, electrical, mechanical, and other disciplines. Responsibilities: * · Review correct construction procedures for work items to be executed. * Report daily and weekly progress to staff. * Propose field problem solutions. * Coordinate schedules for transportation equipment usage (elevators and freight lifts) among contractors. * Monitor subcontractors to ensure proper progress according to the Master Plan. * Report and take action on incidents delaying continuous progress. * Submit material requisitions for personnel. * Perform long-, medium-, and short-term construction planning and scheduling. * Control proper use of materials and man-hours in scheduled activities. * Verify that measurements in valuations match actual construction progress. * · Other duties assigned by immediate supervisor.
