We are a logistics operator specializing in freight forwarding, customs brokerage, integrated logistics services, local and national transportation, warehousing, and distribution. We are currently seeking a candidate for the position of Finance Assistant. **Requirements** · Graduate in Administration, Accounting, Economics, Finance, or related fields. · Minimum one year of prior experience in similar positions, especially in import management. · Familiarity with payment vouchers, tax legislation, foreign trade, the General Customs Law, and customs operational procedures is desirable. Knowledge of international trade documents (invoices, certificates of origin, bills of lading, etc.). · Intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency. · Proficiency in the SINTAD system. · Proficiency in the SISPAC system. · Analytical ability. · Communication skills at all levels. · Teamwork capability. · Adaptability to change. · Customer service orientation. · Residence in areas near San Isidro (desirable). **Responsibilities** · Issue invoices with high accuracy for services rendered per O/S. · Send invoices to clients promptly. · Record invoices and maintain control over issued and cancelled invoices. · Address complaints or claims and resolve billing issues. · Perform additional tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor.
