We seek an analytical professional with solid experience in route planning and negotiation with third-party transportation providers. **Key Responsibilities:** * Plan, execute, and monitor cargo distribution and personnel transportation across Lima and provinces, assigning routes, drivers, and vehicles. * Transportation Provider Management: Identify, evaluate, and negotiate freight rates with third-party transporters to achieve operational cost optimization and reduction. **Profile Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree or candidate in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 2–3 years of experience in roles such as Transportation Manager, Fleet Supervisor, Distribution Analyst, or Logistics Operations. * Intermediate Excel proficiency (control reporting); experience with TMS/ERP systems is desirable. * Specific Knowledge: waybill control. * Competencies: negotiation ability, cost orientation, and problem-solving under pressure. **Benefits:** * Salary: S/. 2,000\.00 – S/. 2,500\.00 (based on evaluation). * Full payroll registration with all statutory benefits from day one.
