**Job Objective** Support the company in comprehensive human talent management, ensuring the attraction, assessment, development, and retention of qualified professionals, as well as promoting a positive work environment that contributes to achieving organizational goals. **Main Responsibilities** * Execute the recruitment and selection process to identify and attract the best available talent in the market for HT. * Execute the onboarding process for HT’s new employees, ensuring effective integration into their roles and fostering a start that enhances their motivation and performance at the workplace. * Monitor the employee training plan, promoting professional development, building career paths, and supporting employee retention at HT. * Provide support to managers and employees during the performance evaluation process, facilitating the creation of individual development plans and promoting meritocracy as the foundation for professional growth within the company. * Prepare and submit the personnel updates file to the Payroll Department, ensuring accurate processing and timely payment to employees. * Manage personnel administration, guaranteeing compliance with salary payments, labor rights, and benefits according to the terms established in the employment contract with the company. **Requirements** * University degree in **Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields**. * Minimum of 5 **years** of experience in similar positions, preferably within logistics, transportation, or service companies. * Knowledge of **competency-based recruitment**, **psychological assessments**, and **organizational development**. * Proficiency in **Microsoft Office** and recruitment platforms. * Strong communication, empathy, and organizational skills. **Key Competencies** * Analytical ability and sound judgment for talent assessment. * Knowledge of Labor Legislation, Organizational Development, Personnel Administration, Continuous Improvement Tools, Budgeting, and Performance Indicators. * Proactivity and results orientation. * Confidentiality and professional ethics. * Teamwork and interpersonal skills.
