Job Summary: We are seeking a Human Resources Manager to supervise and implement HR plans, attract and retain talent, manage personnel administration, and coordinate development programs. Responsibilities: 1\.\- Manage company personnel administration through payroll preparation, profit calculation, contract management, vacation administration, payroll slip distribution, PLAME, T\-register, and personnel files, in compliance with company procedures and policies. 2\.\- Manage recruitment, selection, and hiring processes for company talent in coordination with various departments and management teams. 3\.\- Present information on various AFPs (Private Pension Fund Administrators). 4\.\- Deliver final settlement documents, issue termination certificates, prepare employment certificates, and CTS (Compensatory Time Savings) letters. 5\.\- Verify employee attendance, generate corresponding deductions for unjustified absences, and produce monthly calculations of hours worked per employee based on attendance records. 6\.\- Ensure new employees possess valid documentation and meet position-specific requirements. 7\.\- Administer personnel files, payroll records, vacation periods, CTS, AFP, EPS (Health Insurance Providers), SUNAT (National Superintendence of Tax Administration), PDT (Tax Return Forms), among others. 8\.\- Develop, modify, coordinate, and ensure compliance with internal policies, regulations, and guidelines regarding employee conduct, duties, and rights. 9\.\- Propose salary policies, incentive programs, and other initiatives that add value for employees, thereby enhancing motivation and commitment to the company. 10\.\- Coordinate and supervise the management and fulfillment of employee rights Requirements and Skills: \- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Accounting, Psychology, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration. \- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.3,000.00 \- S/.3,500.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
