JUNIOR ASSISTANT, LOGISTICS AND IMPORTS A growing company is looking for a proactive, organized, and highly motivated Junior Assistant in Logistics and Imports who is eager to learn and develop professionally. Main Responsibilities: * Tracking imports and international shipments. * Coordinating with foreign suppliers and customs agents. * Managing and validating import documents. * Recording and controlling purchase orders. * Coordinating local purchases and tracking deliveries. * Preparing logistics reports and inventory control. * Recording logistics costs and providing administrative support. * Coordinating transportation and tracking customs clearance. * Providing operational support to the logistics and procurement department. Requirements: * Graduate or final-year student in Business Administration, International Business, Logistics, or related fields. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * Basic knowledge of imports and logistics is desirable. * Strong organizational, follow-up, and teamwork skills. * Good communication skills and a proactive attitude.
