IT Project Manager (SAP)

Position Summary: We are seeking a project leader with experience in commercial process transformation and SAP integration, possessing strong project management and multidisciplinary team coordination skills. Join our team and become part of a strategic initiative driving commercial process transformation within a key industry company! **Main Responsibilities:** · Manage projects using traditional project frameworks. · Develop and maintain the project plan (schedule, budget, scope, resources). · Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (IT, business, external vendors, SAP). · Monitor and control project risks and changes. · Prepare progress reports for senior management and stakeholders. · Compliance with Regulations: o Ensure adherence to information security policies. o Oversee that the solution complies with the company's technical standards. **Technical and Functional Leadership:** · Understand commercial processes; experience in mineral sales is a plus. · Validate technical and functional integration requirements with SAP (SD/MM/CO/FM). · Coordinate integration testing (unit, system, user acceptance). · Serve as the primary contact point between the company, software vendors, and internal IT teams. · Ensure clear and effective communication with commercial, finance, logistics, and IT departments. **Academic Qualifications:** · Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. · Project Management specialization or certification (e.g., PMP, Scrum) is desirable. · Solid knowledge of SAP (SD, MM, PI/PO; CO/FM is desirable). **Experience:** · Minimum 8 years leading technology projects. · Proven experience in SAP ECC or S/4HANA integration projects. · Experience in mining, energy, or industrial sectors is desirable. · Proficiency with tools such as MS Project, SharePoint, and other project management applications.
