Position Summary: We are seeking a Procurement Manager with experience in the commercial distribution sector to propose, implement, and monitor procurement policies and procedures, ensure the procurement process, and negotiate agreements with suppliers. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead and optimize procurement and document management processes. 2. Conduct strategic negotiations of agreements with suppliers. 3. Supervise and develop subordinates. REQUIREMENTS: * Graduate in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Certified two-year experience as Procurement Manager in companies engaged in wholesale and mass-consumption goods distribution within the commercial sector. * Desired knowledge of SAP ERP system (Procurement and Purchasing module) and intermediate MS Excel proficiency. * No negative police, criminal, or judicial records; not listed in credit risk databases. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Propose, implement, and monitor procurement and document management policies, guidelines, and procedures to achieve strategic objectives. * Verify compliance with procurement procedures. * Ensure timely procurement of products within established deadlines. * Evaluate and propose improvements to operational procedures and stock analysis. * Generate reports and management indicators (KPIs). * Negotiate agreements and contracts to secure maximum commercial benefits. * Knowledge of Supplier Evaluation, Inventory Control, and Stock Ledger (Kárdex). * Renegotiate agreements and contracts with suppliers. * Supervise activities of subordinates.
