




Job Summary: We are seeking a lawyer with experience in land management to lead and coordinate legal teams, conduct title studies, and mitigate risks. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead and coordinate the legal team to achieve objectives and meet deadlines. 2. Conduct detailed title studies for highly complex property rights. 3. Design and implement legal strategies for acquiring rights. We are a company specializing in Land Management, Environmental Management, and Archaeological Assessments, ensuring nationwide execution of infrastructure and engineering projects. We possess extensive experience in projects carried out across the Energy, Transportation, Communications, and Mining sectors, having achieved optimal results that enabled our clients to meet their defined goals. Requirements: * Law degree with active professional registration. * At least 1 year of experience in land management, particularly in infrastructure projects such as transmission lines, electrical substations, power generation plants, or related activities. Knowledge: * Registry and Notarial Law. * Real Estate Law. * Physical-Legal Regularization of Rural Landholdings. Responsibilities: * Lead and coordinate with a legal team to ensure achievement of objectives and adherence to deadlines. * Conduct detailed title studies—both registered and unregistered—for highly complex property rights. * Identify and mitigate legal risks associated with acquiring property rights, easements, or other interests. * Participate regularly in coordination meetings. * Draft minutes of Assemblies, General Meetings, and other corporate documents. * Draft and respond to high-complexity correspondence. * Design and implement legal strategies for acquiring easement rights over private and state-owned landholdings. * Supervise and monitor ongoing judicial proceedings related to acquisition of landholding or easement rights and other related matters.
