Join our team as **Head of Labor Relations** and become part of our great family! **Your main challenges will be:** * Lead labor relations strategy and collective bargaining processes with the company's union organizations. * Manage relationships with union representatives, promoting agreements that contribute to maintaining a positive and sustainable work environment. * Represent the organization before government entities and regulatory bodies on matters related to labor relations and collective bargaining. * Provide specialized advisory services on individual and collective labor legislation, ensuring compliance with current regulatory frameworks. * Supervise administrative, inspection, and judicial labor procedures, coordinating actions with internal and external legal advisors. * Lead prevention, management, and resolution of labor conflicts, implementing strategies that ensure operational continuity. * Administer the whistleblowing channel and disciplinary process, including case investigations and application of corrective measures where appropriate. * Design and update labor policies, contracts, procedures, and other labor-related documents, ensuring alignment with regulations and business needs. * Act as a strategic partner to Human Resources, the Legal Department, and Senior Management, identifying labor risks, developing management indicators, and proposing decision-oriented actions. **What are we looking for?** * Law degree holder, duly registered with the Bar Association. * Preferred specialization in Labor Law, Industrial Relations, or related fields. * 3\-5 years of experience performing these functions. * Proficiency in Peruvian individual and collective labor law, collective bargaining, union relations management, occupational safety and health legislation, procedures before SUNAFIL and the MTPE, and labor conflict management and resolution (mandatory). * Intermediate-level Office proficiency. **What do we offer?** * Formal employment with all statutory benefits. * Monthly food card. * Covered EPS (health insurance). * Covered oncological insurance. * Training through Workday Learning. * Career path. * Corporate discounts. * Opportunity to join a company certified by Great Place to Work. *Verisure Peru is a company that promotes and guarantees the professional development of its employees in an environment of equality and respect, further encouraging equal opportunities for growth and improvement for all.
