Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Lathe Operator skilled in machining to manufacture fastening and fixing components, participating in the production and shaping of parts. Key Highlights: 1. We are currently seeking professionals to join our team. **Job Details:** * **Work Mode:** On-site * **Work Location:** Otr. Huachipa Este Mza. B1 Lote. 2a Lot. Lotizacion Industrial Hua (Otr. Huachipa – Lotización Industrial Bryson Hills) * **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. **Responsibilities** * Resizing nuts. * Producing materials for stock and manufacturing according to requirements. * Shaping specific parts requested by the department head. * Operating parallel lathes (cylindrical turning, threading, facing, and grooving). * Operating milling machines. * Operating eccentric presses. * Operating vertical drills. * Interpreting and reading technical drawings. * Correctly using measuring instruments. * Supporting other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Requirements** * **Age:** 27 years or older. * **Education:** Technical degree in Production Mechanics, Lathe Mechanics, or related fields. * **Knowledge:** * Measurement procedures and dimensional calculations. * Setup, adjustments, and processes on parallel lathes. * Calibration of measuring instruments. * Reading and interpreting drawings. * **Residence:** Areas near Huachipa (Santa Clara, Ate, Chaclacayo, Santa Anita, San Juan de Lurigancho, El Agustino, etc.). * **Availability:** On-site work in San Antonio\-Huaruchiri. **Benefits** * Formal employment with statutory social benefits (MYPE regime). * Birthday leave. * Transportation. * Biweekly payments. * Positive work environment. * Complementary Occupational Risk Insurance (SCTR).
