Job Summary: Leads the procurement of goods and services to ensure efficient and timely supply, working collaboratively with various departments. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead the organization's procurement and supply management. 2. Define quality standards and strategically evaluate suppliers. 3. Collaborate cross-departmentally to ensure timely procurement. **Join our team as Logistics / Procurement Manager!** **Mission** Plan and direct the procurement of high-quality goods and services at competitive prices, ensuring efficient and timely supply to support the Organization's proper operation. **What will you do in this role?** * Direct and control centralized (annual orders) and decentralized (minor and urgent purchases) procurement processes to meet departmental requirements. * Define quality standards for procurement management to verify compliance. * Evaluate and select suppliers of goods and services to qualify and maintain them as active suppliers in the master supplier database. * Identify new supply sources and/or alternative goods and/or services to obtain better pricing and/or quality terms. * Supervise assigned staff to ensure fulfillment of their responsibilities. * Work closely with various departments to guarantee timely and strategic procurement. **Requirements** * Industrial Engineering or Business Administration graduate. * Minimum 5 years of managerial experience, preferably in industrial companies. * SAP knowledge. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (intermediate level). * Specialization in Procurement. **Employment Conditions** **Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM** **General Payroll** **Market-competitive salary** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.8,000.00 - S/.10,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
