Job Summary: We are seeking a Logistics Administrative Assistant for CREAN Investments who will provide administrative support to The Coffee's logistics department, managing documentation and controlling information in the ERP system. Learning in logistics operations and distribution At **CREAN Investments**, we are looking for a **Logistics Administrative Assistant** to join the logistics team supporting **The Coffee**, our international specialty coffee shop chain. We seek a person responsible for providing administrative support to the logistics area through timely documentation registration and information control in the ERP system. **Responsibilities:** \- Register sales, transfers, and purchases in the ERP system. \- Generate and validate sales orders, transfer orders, and other logistics documents. \- Register and archive physical and digital shipping guides. \- Register and control supplier invoices. \- Control and update virtual stock in Excel for critical supplies to schedule replenishment. \- Event documentation: Preparation of the list of items to be delivered at events. **Requirements:** \- Graduate or current student in Administration, Logistics, or related fields. \- Minimum 6 months of experience in similar roles is desirable. \- Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel. \- Knowledge of ERPs (desirable). **Conditions:** \- Schedule: Monday \- Wednesday \- Friday (*8am to 3pm with a 45-minute break)* and Saturdays (*8am to 1pm).* \- Location: Surquillo \- Mode: In-person **Benefits:** \- Formal employment with full statutory benefits. \- Monthly consumption bonus redeemable at our stores. \- Positive work environment. \- Learning in logistics operations and distribution.
