Position Summary: Lead end-to-end logistics, procurement, and warehouse management to ensure timely availability of resources while optimizing costs, timelines, and efficiency. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in construction and electromechanical projects. **Position Objective** Lead the company’s integrated logistics, procurement, and warehouse management to guarantee the timely availability of materials, equipment, and services required for project execution, while optimizing costs, timelines, and resources. **Education** * Industrial Engineering * Mechanical Engineering (preferred) * Business Administration * Specialization in Supply Chain or Logistics **Experience** * 3–5 years in similar roles * Experience in: Construction, Electromechanical Projects, Fire Protection Systems, and Contracting Companies. **Responsibilities** * Planning: Develop the monthly procurement plan, define minimum inventory levels, and establish management indicators and targets. * Strategic Procurement: Negotiate framework agreements with suppliers, qualify critical suppliers, and manage supply contracts. * Warehousing and Assets: Supervise asset control, optimize inventory turnover, and implement controls and audits. * Project Management: Ensure timely procurement for all projects; coordinate with Commercial, Engineering, and Operations teams; and manage efficiency indicators. **Knowledge Areas** * Supply Chain Management. * Strategic Procurement. * Warehouse Management. * ERP. * Generative AI **Competencies** * Leadership. * Analytical thinking. * Team management. * Planning and control.
