Position Summary: We are seeking an organized and responsible individual to maintain stock control and merchandise flow, supporting logistics and inventory management. Key Responsibilities: 1. Inventory and record control and monitoring. 2. Support in logistics organization and stock management. 3. Preparation of inventory and requirements reports. At Dulce Ruth, we seek an organized, responsible, and detail-oriented individual capable of tracking processes, contributing to proper stock control and correct internal merchandise flow. Main Responsibilities: \* Perform control and monitoring of available inventories and records. \* Conduct periodic product counts and identify stock discrepancies. \* Keep product control updated and support logistics organization with the warehouse team. \* Monitor expiration dates and report products nearing expiration. \* Support receiving, inspecting, and correctly placing merchandise. \* Prepare weekly reports on inventory, missing items, products nearing expiration, and replenishment needs. \* Support classification, ordering, and distribution of products within the warehouse. \* Perform loading, unloading, and transportation of merchandise, including heavy items (bags up to 50 kg). \* Comply with instructions from the supervisor. Requirements: \* One year of experience in logistics, warehousing, inventory, or stock control. \* Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. \* Ability to perform operational tasks involving loading and transporting merchandise. \* Organized, responsible, proactive, and detail-oriented. Preferred Qualifications: \* Studies in Logistics, Administration, or related fields. \* Experience in companies handling products with expiration dates. \* Ability to work with order, planning, and process tracking.
