**COMPETENCIES** **ACADEMIC:** Graduate professional from the following fields: Administration, Industrial Engineering, Foreign Trade, International Business, or similar careers. **ADDITIONAL ACADEMIC:** Preferably, but not exclusively, hold diplomas or certificates in Purchasing, Foreign Trade – COMEX, Imports and/or Logistics, demonstrating specialization for the required position. **INDUSTRY BACKGROUND:** Ideally from companies involved in producing or trading agro and/or agro-industrial products, although other industries may also be considered. **MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:** At least 2 years of experience in a similar or equivalent role. **REQUIRED SKILLS** Current customs legislation Inventory management Experience managing and executing maritime import processes Customs procedures Negotiation with suppliers/logistics operators/transportation/etc. Inventory execution Team leadership KPI management Container transportation Customs management and control Intermediate Office skills Intermediate Excel (dashboards) Basic SharePoint Proficiency in any logistics ERP system (imports) **DESIRED SKILLS** Odoo Class A1 driver's license **RESPONSIBILITIES** **REPORTING:** Prepare periodic reports with KPIs for the logistics department. **COORDINATION** Coordinate sample collection at plants (Calera and Chilca). Coordinate return of logistics equipment (filters, motor pumps, hoses, etc.). Coordinate with the Sales department to obtain necessary documentation and optimal shipping routes for orders. **MANAGEMENT** Execute full import processes: costs, permits, taxes, warehousing, and customs clearance. Select customs agencies by obtaining at least three quotations. Supply imported products from the CODA line based on sales analysis and trends. Contract international transportation services for raw materials and machinery, optimizing costs and efficiency. Schedule and conduct periodic inventory counts. Provide monthly updates to Accounting to feed the cost system. Plan distribution of *merchandising*. Control and distribute seals, maintain records in SharePoint. (Ensuring no issues occur at facilities) Manage verification forms for weights and measurements. Maintain constant communication with customers, RTC, and Sales Management regarding shipment status. Track quotations and orders within the Odoo system. Support the Commercial department with necessary documentation to close sales. Ensure production aligns with orders and maintain minimum stock per product. Monitor performance of the logistics team to ensure efficiency (supervision of 3 people). Actively participate in implementing and maintaining the logistics system.
