**Requirements:**
Academic qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
Experience: Two (02\) years of **proven experience** in the public or private sector.
**General Responsibilities:**
Plan, coordinate, and organize inventory management, transportation coordination, documentation and recordkeeping, and process optimization within the Logistics area. In cases of unscheduled corrective maintenance, coordinate and evaluate technical–economic aspects with contracted companies and recommend the most appropriate resolution.
**Specific Responsibilities:**
* Receive, register, inspect, and store all equipment entering or leaving the office.
* Request quotations and manage payments for services such as occupational medical examinations, SCTR, health assistance insurance, personal accident insurance policies, PPEs, and materials.
* Track, control, and record service orders and purchase orders required by the company.
* Manage and maintain inventory records for all materials and equipment used by the company to deliver its services.
* Manage and monitor monthly settlement of equipment rental fees with companies responsible for acquiring and providing the corresponding service.
* Request quotations for equipment and/or services assigned according to the company’s needs.
* Support the management, procurement, and/or accounting departments in technical service requirements related to issues that may arise with computing equipment.
* Perform weekly backups of information stored and recorded on a daily basis.
* In case of incidents involving measurement equipment, immediately notify inspection coordinators to implement preventive measures.
* Propose and seek improvements to existing logistics processes.
* Obtain signatures on delivery and return receipts when issuing or receiving equipment from any staff member.
* Contact and coordinate with professional personnel to consolidate working groups aimed at participating in new public procurement opportunities.
* Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
