Maintenance of purchasing information and document control **LOGISTICS ASSISTANT** **Job Description** We are looking for a professional, technical specialist, or final-cycle student who is highly organized, proactive, and results-oriented to serve as a Logistics Assistant. This role is responsible for providing comprehensive support to the company’s procurement, purchasing, logistics coordination, and document control processes, contributing to the timely achievement of the organization’s operational and administrative objectives. **Main Responsibilities** * Prepare and update reports on pending purchase orders and procurement tracking. * Manage purchase requests originating from various departments within the company. * Request and evaluate supplier quotations according to received requirements. * Prepare comparative quotation tables for purchase evaluation and approval using AI. * Generate purchase orders, coordinate with suppliers, and conduct follow-up until delivery of goods or services. * Close purchase orders in the company’s management system and maintain up-to-date purchasing information. * Coordinate with the Administration department for delivery and validation of invoices, waybills, purchase orders, and other related documentation. * Issue waybills for product and material dispatch. * Perform other related duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Requirements** * Technical professional, university graduate, or final-cycle student in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, International Business, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics, purchasing, procurement, or administration. * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. * Experience preparing comparative quotation tables and managing purchase orders. * Knowledge of purchasing, procurement, and document control processes. * ERP system or enterprise management software experience is desirable. * Experience in industrial, metallurgical, or commercial companies is desirable. **Competencies** * Organization and planning. * Analytical and negotiation skills. * Effective communication. * Teamwork. * Internal customer orientation. * Responsibility and commitment. * Proactivity and follow-up ability. * Goal- and deadline-oriented mindset. **Position Conditions** * Employment type: Full-time. * Work modality: On-site. * Immediate availability (desirable). * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.; Saturdays, 8:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. * Work location: On-site.
