We are strengthening our operational structure and seeking committed, organized talent with a service-oriented attitude. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** **Warehouse Management:** * Receiving equipment and spare parts, including physical and documentation verification. * Recording inventory entries and exits (Excel). * Order preparation: inspection, packaging, labeling, and condition control. * Maintaining warehouse organization and cleanliness. * Monitoring minimum stock levels and reporting shortages or risks. * Safeguarding tools, accessories, and spare parts. * Coordinating with the Operations department for merchandise movements. * Conducting weekly and monthly inventories. * Reporting incidents, losses, or damages immediately. **Logistical Support to Distribution Operator:** * Assisting in loading and unloading medical equipment. * Properly protecting equipment during transportation. * Delivering equipment to customer facilities. * Performing basic equipment checks before delivery (condition, accessories, cleanliness). * Assisting technicians in initial equipment placement at customer sites. * Managing signatures on shipping guides, receipts, and documents. * Reporting incidents occurring en route or during delivery. * Supporting repositioning, assembly, movement, or relocation of equipment within the warehouse. * Assisting in receiving and packaging returns. * Strictly complying with safety and medical equipment handling protocols. **REQUIREMENTS** * Completed secondary education (Essential). * Ongoing technical or university studies (Desirable). **EXPERIENCE** * Minimum 1 year in warehouses, distribution centers, or support roles in delivery/distribution/messaging/transport assistant. * Professional internships will be considered as work experience. **KNOWLEDGE** * Basic to intermediate level Excel skills. * Desirable: experience in inventory management. * Ability to perform moderate physical lifting (equipment and boxes). **COMPETENCIES** * Organization and attention to detail. * Responsibility and punctuality. * Proactiveness and teamwork. * Good communication skills. * Service-oriented attitude. * Adaptability to change. **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION** * Work location: Surquillo * Schedule: Monday to Friday: 9:00 am – 6:00 pm * Immediate availability * Position type: Full-time / On-site **WHAT DO WE OFFER?** * Opportunity to join a rapidly growing company. * Career progression based on performance. * Work environment focused on order, respect, and learning. * Development opportunities within the Operations area. **HOW TO APPLY?** Send your updated CV to: alejandra.hurtado@medicaldigitalperu.com Subject: LOGISTICS ASSISTANT AND DELIVERY – \[Your Name] Position type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,300.00 - S/.1,500.00 per month Work location: On-site position
