If you seek a role where your analysis drives real results, this challenge is for you! **About the Role** As a Logistics Capabilities Analyst, you will be a key point within logistics operations, consolidating and monitoring critical information to support decision-making. You will work closely with operations leadership, providing visibility into costs, expenses, and distribution center performance. This role connects various internal departments, ensuring efficient management of procurement, suppliers, and financial control within logistics operations. **Key Responsibilities** * Information Management: Consolidate and analyze operational and financial data to generate reports supporting decision-making * Cost Control: Monitor operational expenses, identifying variances and optimization opportunities * Procurement Management: Coordinate and consolidate procurement requirements from multiple distribution center departments * Supplier Administration: Manage invoicing, expenses, and relationships with logistics and service providers * Expense Settlement: Execute the operational process for settling transportation and operational expenses * Financial Closing: Support monthly operational closing by consolidating key information * Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate with departments such as procurement, controlling, and operations to ensure alignment and efficiency. **Who You Are** -------------- * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related fields * 1–2 years of experience in administrative, logistics, or operations roles; experience in distribution centers is preferred * Advanced Excel skills; SAP knowledge is desirable * Organized, detail-oriented, team-oriented, and able to communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders * Fluent Spanish; English proficiency is desirable (but not mandatory) **What We Offer** -------------------- Our purpose, Breaking Barriers to Well\-being, provides meaning to everything we do.
