




Position Summary: Stantec is seeking an experienced Logistics Coordinator to manage the mobilization of personnel, vehicles, and equipment, as well as supplier relations and project logistics. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages personnel and equipment mobilization and activation. 2. Negotiates and selects suppliers, and administers contracts. 3. Ensures resource availability for projects. **Requisition Number:** 24075BR **Description:** Stantec is seeking to hire a LOGISTICS COORDINATOR for its offices in Peru, a professional with at least 18 years of general work experience. Specific responsibilities include: * Personnel activation in the 2Personnel system (Mandatory) * Tracking of personnel, vehicle, and equipment mobilization. * Supplier (companies and consultants) quotation, selection, negotiation, and qualification documentation. * Generation of service orders, billing management, and payment tracking. * Management of supplier contracts (companies and consultants), tracking of contractual deadlines, recordkeeping, and deliverables archiving. * Scheduling of EMOs for all personnel to be mobilized, managing resolution of observations, and coordinating with the HSE team on special cases for activation. * Review and control of vehicle and equipment documentation for mobilization, coordinated with the HSE team. * Participation in service scheduling and planning to ensure resources are available on scheduled dates. * Site visits for local supplier negotiations, payment status reviews, service tasking, and field inspections. * Technical coordination and other duties related to this role. **Qualifications:** The position requirements are: * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Administration or related fields. * Proficiency in the 2Personnel system or similar (intermediate level) **About Stantec:** The Stantec community includes approximately 34,000 employees working across more than 450 locations on six continents.
