A prominent last-mile company is actively seeking new talent! We are looking for a **Retail Logistics Coordinator** for our headquarters in **Cercado de Lima**. The ideal candidate will lead national distribution control, ensuring operational efficiency across our provinces. **Responsibilities** * Monitor nationwide distribution, acting as the Control Tower. * Coordinate with provincial branch managers to ensure process compliance. * Resolve transportation incidents and contingencies in real time. * Manage and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) using BI tools. * Prepare management reports for senior leadership. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree or university graduate in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics coordination, national distribution, or retail. * Proficiency in Intermediate Excel and Intermediate Power BI is mandatory. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and remote leadership skills. **Conditions** * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:40 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., and Saturdays, 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. * Formal employment from day one, with biweekly payroll. * Excellent work environment and job stability.
