Possibility of joining the company in a full-time position. **Application: Logistics Department** ***Requirements*** * University students in their final semesters or recent graduates in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. * Knowledge of the logistics industry, mass consumption, and retail. * Intermediate Excel skills **Power BI knowledge (desirable)** * Availability to work in Los Olivos. ***What will you do?*** * Propose improvements to business processes to optimize them—especially those related to transportation and distribution—with the goal of reducing logistics time and costs. * Monitor compliance with operational commitments by our partners. * Review business processes and company policies to help improve operational workflows and processes. * Assist in building the product/development backlog for continuous product improvement. * Provide innovative solutions to keep the company at the forefront. * Verify that activities are carried out on time and as scheduled, ensuring the company meets delivery deadlines promptly. * **Develop operational training materials for our strategic partners.** * Maintain efficient collaboration with various departments across the company: administrative, commercial, finance, human resources, IT, and innovation—to ensure fulfillment of operational commitments. * Conduct on-site audits of operational processes. * Document operational processes, maintaining a focus on quality, teamwork, and customer service. ***Benefits and Additional Information:*** * Flexible working hours for the internship. * Pleasant work environment. * Possibility of **joining the company in a full-time position in the short term** Position Type: Part-time Salary: S/.800\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
