Negotiate with suppliers and evaluate their performance Ingeniería de la Construcción S.A.C., a company dedicated to civil works and real estate construction, is looking for (1) professional to join its team. **Requirements:** * **Academic education:** Degree in Industrial Engineering or Business Administration. * **Training:** Course or Diploma in procurement, supply management, supplier management, and/or logistics and supply chain management. * **Minimum experience:** 5 years in construction companies. * **Knowledge of:** Office software – Intermediate level, PBI and/or Dashboard (optional), ERP S10 – Procurement module. * **Competencies:** Responsibility, teamwork, proactivity, commitment, negotiation skills, results orientation, decision-making ability, ethics. **Main responsibilities:** * Plan and supervise procurement processes. * Ensure timely supply of materials, equipment, and services for construction sites and the central office. * Negotiate prices, delivery terms, and commercial conditions with suppliers. * Evaluate, qualify, and monitor supplier performance. * Implement and supervise logistics department policies, procedures, and internal controls. * Prepare monthly reports and/or comparative supplier charts. * Issue purchase and/or service orders. **Benefits:** * Payroll enrollment from the first day of employment. * Market-competitive remuneration. * Statutory benefits – General Regime.
