Job Summary: Fashion Knit Sourcing SAC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to ensure the operationality and efficiency of textile machinery, manage requirements, and supervise personnel. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure the operationality and efficiency of machinery. 2. Manage equipment, spare parts, and service requirements. 3. Supervise assigned personnel and ensure task fulfillment. Fashion Knit Sourcing SAC is searching for top talent to fill the Maintenance Supervisor position. REQUIREMENTS: \- Graduate or degree holder in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. \- Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles, preferably within textile companies. \- Availability to work in Puente Piedra. \- Knowledge of textile or industrial machinery maintenance. \- Proficiency in maintenance KPIs. FUNCTIONS: \- Address equipment failures and conduct root cause analysis for 100% of failures. \- Ensure the operationality and efficiency of machinery. \- Manage equipment, spare parts, and service requirements, including timely follow-up on requests until delivery or execution. \- Monitor equipment and spare parts inventory, supervising proper usage by assigned personnel. \- Supervise tasks assigned to personnel, ensuring fulfillment of responsibilities and goals, assigning duties and activities during monthly and annual closings.
