Job Summary: We are seeking a results-oriented Marketing & Marketplaces Analyst to maximize the performance of online sales channels and contribute to increased sales. Key Highlights: 1. Working with trending technology brands and products At **Grupo Orange**, a national leader in marketing technology products, we seek a results-oriented **Marketing & Marketplaces Analyst**, with an analytical mindset and a commercial growth focus. The role aims to **maximize the performance of our online sales channels**, strategically managing marketplaces such as **Mercado Libre, Agora, Shopstar, Ripley, Falabella, and Mirakl**, directly contributing to increased sales, visibility, and conversion. **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage and optimize marketplace listings (titles, images, SEO, technical specifications). * Monitor and analyze KPIs: sales, conversion, traffic, ROAS, average order value. * Execute commercial strategies: promotions, dynamic pricing, and campaigns. * Manage and update inventory in coordination with logistics. * Prepare Excel reports (pivot tables) for performance analysis. * Identify improvement opportunities for listings and categories. * Coordinate with design teams to optimize visual content. * Track competitors and market trends. **Requirements** * Graduate or current student in Marketing or related fields. * Experience managing marketplaces (especially Mercado Libre). * Intermediate/advanced Excel skills (pivot tables required). * Analytical profile, results-oriented, and committed to continuous improvement. * Ability to handle multiple SKUs and sales channels. **We Offer** * Growth opportunity within an expanding e-commerce business. * Direct involvement in the company's commercial strategy. * Working with trending technology brands and products. * A dynamic, results- and performance-driven work environment. **Employment Conditions:** * **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. * Saturday: 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. * **Work Schedule:** Full-time. * **Work Modality:** On-site. * **Work Location:** San Juan de Lurigancho, near Los Jardines station. * **Compensation:** S/ 1,200 to 1,400 (base salary).
