OPERATIONS ASSISTANT | FOODS AND NUTRITIONAL SUPPLEMENTS LABOPHARMA, a Peruvian company specialized in the development of nutritional supplements, nutraceuticals, and functional foods, is currently seeking an **Operations Assistant** to join our team. We seek individuals with strong analytical and organizational abilities, and a desire to grow within a rapidly expanding industry. Responsibilities: * Follow-up and support for potential contract manufacturing and product sales clients. * Coordination with Production, Quality, and Logistics departments. * Tracking of production orders and procurement activities. * Preparation and analysis of operational and commercial reports. * Management and analysis of databases. * Creation of pivot tables, KPIs, and reports in Excel. * Development of executive presentations in PowerPoint. * Support in dashboard development and KPI monitoring using Power BI. Requirements: * Graduate or bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Food Industry Engineering, Business Administration, or related technical fields. * Experience in food, nutritional supplement, pharmaceutical, or nutraceutical manufacturing plants. * Knowledge of production, quality, and logistics processes. * Advanced Excel proficiency is mandatory (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis). * Proficiency in Power BI and PowerPoint. * Strong analytical ability, organizational skills, and effective communication. * Proactivity and results-oriented mindset. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience in contract manufacturing or the nutritional supplement industry. * Experience in KPI analysis and operational control. * Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Salary: S/.1,500.00 - S/.2,200.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
