At **EBL Grupo Logístico**, a company specialized in **international transportation, freight forwarding, and international trade solutions**, we are looking to add a **Logistics Operations Assistant** to our team to monitor and control import processes.
This position is aimed at candidates eager to grow in **customs operations, logistics coordination, and international shipment management**.
**What challenges will you take on?**
* Monitor import operations and track **ETA and operational timelines**.
* Coordinate with **shipping lines, freight forwarders, terminals, and warehouses**.
* Manage procedures for **customs clearance approvals and customs documentation**.
* Verify routing processes and coordinate pickups.
* Enter data into **internal systems and Excel reports**.
* Provide support in executing **cargo nationalization processes**.
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure operational continuity.
**Ideal Profile**
* Final-year student or graduate in **International Business, International Trade, or Logistics**.
* Basic knowledge of **imports, customs procedures, and logistics operations**.
* Proficiency in **Excel (intermediate level)**.
* Analytical ability and capacity to **resolve operational issues**.
* Organized, dynamic profile with strong time-management and deadline-oriented mindset.
* Prior experience in the logistics sector (desirable but not mandatory).

Work modality: **On-site – Callao**
Working hours:
* Monday to Friday: **8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.**
* Saturday: **8:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.**
