Responsibilities: * Plan and supervise daily transportation operations. * Lead and coordinate the dispatch team to ensure adherence to scheduling. * Ensure vehicle and personnel availability for operations. * Monitor compliance with service and productivity indicators. * Manage and resolve operational incidents, coordinating with clients and internal departments. * Prepare management reports and propose improvements to optimize operations. * Ensure compliance with operational procedures and service-level standards.
