Position Summary: We are seeking an Operations Manager with experience in pest control and cleaning to coordinate services, resolve complaints, and supervise the team. Key Highlights: 1. Leadership and assertive communication in pest control and cleaning. 2. Coordination and management of field technical teams. 3. Preparation of reports and service tracking. Our environmental sanitation company, specializing in fumigation and fire extinguisher recharging, as well as hood cleaning, is seeking a qualified Operations Manager with experience in pest control and cleaning. Technical knowledge in pest control, fire extinguisher recharging, hood cleaning, and skills in leadership, assertive communication, training, and team management are required. Intermediate Office software proficiency. Responsible for preparing service reports for clients. Coordinate service scheduling with the team. Effectively and promptly address observations and complaints. Knowledge of safety protocols. Conduct field visits to verify services performed by the department for follow-up and continuous improvement. Coordinate and manage technicians for field technician scheduling. Our office is located near the Santa Rosa train station in SJL. Class A1 driver's license is optional. Demonstrated strength and commitment to achieving company objectives.
