Job Summary: We are seeking an Operations Manager to lead and supervise wastewater treatment plant projects, coordinating activities, managing resources, and ensuring quality. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead and supervise operations of wastewater treatment plant projects. 2. Coordinate installation, operation, and maintenance of plants. 3. We have projects nationwide and continue expanding; therefore, we seek to welcome the following professional to our team: **OPERATIONS MANAGER** **Education:** Bachelor's degree in **Sanitary Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Fluid Mechanics Engineering, or Chemical Engineering.** **Experience:** Minimum **3 years of experience** in installation, construction, equipment supply, improvement, rehabilitation, operation, maintenance, and/or assembly of drinking water, wastewater, and/or industrial water treatment plants. **Experience in the role:** Experience as **Manager, Coordinator, Director, and/or General Manager** in similar projects or operations. **Main responsibilities:** * Lead and supervise project operations. * Coordinate installation, operation, and maintenance activities. * Manage human resources, equipment, and materials. * Monitor schedules, quality, costs, and objectives. * Coordinate with Engineering, SSOMA, Quality, and Logistics departments. * Prepare progress reports and address operational contingencies. **Competencies:** Leadership, planning, organization, decision-making, problem-solving, effective communication, and results orientation. **Desirable:** Valid professional registration and licensure. **Work location:** **Nauta, Parinari, and Urarinas – Loreto Province and Department.** Salary: S/.4,000\.00 per month Work modality: On-site employment
