Experience in retail, operations, and team leadership **Job Description** ---------------------- Manage daily store operations to ensure smooth functioning. * Plan daily store activities to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction. * Define sales strategy to achieve company goals. * Ensure product availability by managing orders and reviewing inventory levels. * Generate daily cash movement reports for the store. * Lead the team through responsibilities such as: work planning, team member supervision, training of new employees, and performance management based on KPIs. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Graduate or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Commercial Engineering, Economics, or Business Management * Experience in retail or related industries * Experience leading work teams * Experience in supervisory roles * Experience in operations or related areas * Knowledge of: Team leadership, Project management, Planning, Inventory management * Availability to work at the Tottus Atocongo store on rotating shifts (6 days on, 1 day off) This position is suitable for people with disabilities. **Selection Process** ------------------------ The selection process is conducted via Aira \- a recruitment platform designed to enhance your application experience.
