Supervise and coordinate shipment routes. Manage and maintain up-to-date inventories and warehouses. Coordinate order preparation and shipment (picking, packing, and distribution). Monitor procurement processes (raw materials, packaging, supplies), present a cost-saving and efficiency plan. Administer and control inventories (raw materials, packaging, and finished goods). Supervise merchandise control and stock accuracy (receipts, issues, ledger). Present managerial operational performance indicators for the entire operations process. Coordinate with Quality Assurance to ensure compliance with BPM and BPA. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Administration, Logistics, or related fields. Minimum 3 years of experience in planning, operations, or supply chain. Must have prior team leadership experience. Desirable experience in laboratories, cosmetic, pharmaceutical, or manufacturing industries. Intermediate-to-advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, database management). Knowledge of inventory control, procurement, and logistics processes. Strong analytical ability, organization, proactivity, and results orientation. Career path and performance bonuses offered.
