If you enjoy working with processes, properly documenting your work, and being part of a team pursuing excellence, we want to meet you. **What will be your main responsibilities?** * Develop base patterns for women's fashion garments. * Perform industrial grading. * Prepare lay plans for production. * Develop and update product technical sheets. * Support the preparation of production orders. * Conduct pattern corrections and improvements during the development process. * Maintain organized and up-to-date digital archives of patterns, versions, and technical documentation. * Coordinate with Design and Production to ensure correct industrialization of each garment. * Comply with company-established quality procedures and standards. * Other functions related to the area. **Profile We Are Seeking** We seek a person who enjoys working with precision and understands that high-quality pattern making is the foundation of an excellent product.
