Working in a positive work environment A leading textile company specializing in the manufacturing of jeans, polo shirts, and blouses is currently seeking a **PATTERN MAKER** to join its team of professionals. **Responsibilities** * Create sample patterns and marking for jeans, polo shirts, and blouses * Perform grading for production * Evaluate fabric shrinkage to be applied to patterns according to garment type * Prepare templates for artwork and sewing placement * Develop measurement charts * Experience in apparel manufacturing companies, preferably women's wear, using woven fabrics * Knowledge of pattern making, industrial pattern drafting, technical specification sheet reading, and consumption calculations * Proficiency in Lectra and/or Audaces or other related software **Requirements** * Minimum 2 years of experience * Preferably residing near San Juan de Lurigancho **Offered** * Market-competitive salary * Positive work environment **Preferred** * Residing in San Juan de Lurigancho or nearby areas Employment Type: Full-time Employment Type: Full-time Work Location: On-site employment
