In Peru, we operate across most economic sectors—including mining, agriculture, and fishing—forming part of the value chain for their products and services. **Job Description** **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** **1\. Planning and Scheduling** * Develop the **work schedule** (daily, weekly, and monthly). * Schedule operational activities according to contract terms, scope, and available resources. * Coordinate the allocation of personnel, equipment, vehicles, and materials. * Update and monitor actual progress versus planned progress. **2\. Monitoring and Tracking** * Monitor achievement of project/service milestones. * Identify deviations in timelines, costs, or resource usage. * Propose corrective actions and contingency plans. * Track man-hours, overtime hours, and staff shifts. **3\. Valuation and Cost Management** * Prepare and consolidate **service valuations** (monthly or partial). * Validate days worked, effective hours, and services delivered. * Coordinate with Operations and Finance for invoicing and period closure. * Support preparation of **additional quotations**, mobilization, and demobilization. **4\. Operational Coordination** * Coordinate with Logistics regarding availability and retrieval of units/equipment. * Manage mobilization and demobilization schedules. * Maintain ongoing communication with the client to adjust scheduling. * Support technical and administrative project closeout. **5\. Document Management** * Keep project operational documentation up to date. * Control daily, weekly, and monthly reports. * Support internal or client audits. * Verify compliance with contractual conditions related to deadlines and deliverables. **6\. Project Support** * Support the Project Manager in operational decision-making. * Analyze impacts arising from contract extensions, reductions, or termination. * Coordinate service closeout and final acceptance documentation. **Requirements** **Education** * Technical or university degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields. **Experience** * Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Planner, Scheduler, or Project Controller. * Experience in services, mining, energy, transportation, or inspection is desirable. **Knowledge** * Project planning and control. * Service valuation and cost control. * Basic understanding of contracts and service scopes. * MS Excel (intermediate/advanced). * MS Project, Primavera, or similar tools (desirable). **Competencies** * Organization and planning. * Analysis and control. * Effective communication. * Ability to work under pressure. * Results orientation. **Additional Information** * Formal employment contract with all statutory benefits effective from the first day of work. * Positive work environment. * Access to corporate benefits.
