Position with comprehensive benefits At Ecosem Corire, we are looking for passionate and visionary professionals like you who are willing to join us for operations at the San Gabriel – Moquegua mining project. **To qualify for this position, you must meet the following requirements**: * Degree holder in: Civil Engineering (preferred), Industrial Engineering or related fields; registered and licensed. * Specialization or diploma in: Project management, construction planning and control, Lean Construction (desirable). * Minimum 3–5 years of experience in: Construction project planning and control, development and monitoring of construction schedules, specific experience in: Civil works, infrastructure or mining, technical office or project control. * Desirable experience in: Atypical work regimes (14x7, 20x10\), contractor companies. **Responsibilities:** * Develop and update the project master schedule (baseline). * Develop short-, medium-, and long-term scheduling (Look Ahead). * Define the critical path and monitor contractual milestones. * Reschedule activities in response to deviations or contingencies. * Track physical progress against planned progress. * Coordinate with field personnel (resident engineer, production) to validate actual progress. * Identify schedule deviations and propose corrective actions. * Prepare progress curves (S-Curves). * Coordinate with the cost department to ensure physical-financial project control. * Align the schedule with the budget (WBS / EDT). * Analyze cost impact due to delays or accelerations. * Coordinate with logistics and administration to ensure timely availability. * Optimize resource utilization to avoid overruns or idle time. * Measure actual site productivity versus planned productivity. * Identify production bottlenecks. * Propose improvements to construction processes. * Generate productivity indicators. **Benefits:** * Competitive market salary. * Career growth opportunity. * Formal employment registration. * Full coverage of meals, transportation, accommodation, and mobility (100%). * Positiva Insurance. * Excellent working environment.
