Job stability **We are looking for a Warehouse Manager to join our team at VIRCATEX INTERNATIONAL SOURCING S.A.C.** We are a **textile industry company**, currently seeking a **Plant Coordinator**, responsible for supervising and coordinating production operations, ensuring compliance with manufacturing schedules, quality standards, and process efficiency. Requirements * Graduate or bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Textile Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. * Minimum of **2 years** of experience as Plant Coordinator, Production Supervisor, or similar roles, preferably within textile companies. * Knowledge of textile production processes. * Familiarity with production performance indicators (KPIs). * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * Leadership, organizational, and teamwork capabilities. * Willingness to work in Ate. Responsibilities * Plan, coordinate, and supervise plant production activities. * Ensure compliance with daily and weekly production schedules. * Supervise operational staff, assign tasks, and verify objective achievement. * Coordinate with PCP, Warehouse, Quality, and Logistics departments to ensure uninterrupted production flow. * Monitor adherence to quality and productivity standards. * Control efficient use of materials, supplies, and resources. * Prepare production reports and performance indicators for management. * Promote continuous improvement and process optimization. * Ensure compliance with safety, order, and cleanliness standards within the plant.
