Position Summary: ARCON is seeking a Concrete Plant Manager to oversee the production, dispatch, and distribution of ready-mix concrete, lead operational teams, and coordinate with various departments to ensure achievement of objectives. Key Highlights: 1. Leadership in the production and dispatch of ready-mix concrete. 2. Comprehensive management of equipment and processes at the concrete plant. 3. Strategic coordination with key departments and supervision of personnel. ARCON, an industrial-sector company engaged in the marketing, production, and distribution of concrete, is searching for top talent for the position of CONCRETE PLANT MANAGER \- VILLA EL SALVADOR. REQUIREMENTS: * Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field. * Minimum of **3 years’ experience in similar positions**, preferably at ready-mix concrete plants. * Experience leading operational staff. * Knowledge of concrete production, dispatch, and distribution processes. * Familiarity with plant equipment, mixers, and concrete pumps. * Proficiency in Excel and ability to develop indicators/reports. * Leadership, organizational, planning, and problem-solving capabilities. * Availability to work in **Villa El Salvador**. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Plan, coordinate, and supervise the **production and dispatch of ready-mix concrete**. * Ensure adherence to the daily production schedule. * Coordinate the availability and operation of **mixers, pumps, and plant equipment**. * Supervise operational staff: operators, drivers, and plant personnel. * Coordinate with **Operations, Maintenance, Quality, and Commercial** departments. * Monitor consumption and supply of cement, aggregates, admixtures, and other materials. * Supervise proper functioning and maintenance of equipment. * Track production indicators, dispatch times, productivity, and incidents. * Ensure compliance with **Safety, Quality, and Environmental** procedures. * Prepare production and incident reports for management.
