QUALITY CONTROL INTERN - PRODUCTION **Job Mission** Ensure proper control, recording, and verification of operational processes at the plant, guaranteeing correct raw material receipt, orderly production reporting, and compliance with company-established quality and food safety standards. **Main Responsibilities** o **Prepare and maintain packaging control reports at the plant**, accurately registering each transaction in the **Kardex** system to ensure inventory traceability and organization. o **Record and verify incoming raw materials to the plant**, ensuring compliance with quantity, quality, and required documentation requirements. o **Monitor and document incoming transport units carrying raw materials**, verifying compliance with logistics, food safety, and safety protocols. o **Review, verify, and analyze reports issued by the plant** at each stage of the production process, identifying deviations, inconsistencies, or improvement opportunities. o **Provide support in fruit inspection**, ensuring compliance with company-established quality, hygiene, safety, and food safety standards. **Job Requirements** * University studies in: Agronomy, Food Industries, Agroindustrial Engineering, Administration, Logistics, or related fields * Minimum experience: 6 months to 1 year in plant control, quality, or production processes (desirable) * Basic to intermediate Excel skills Job type: Full-time Salary: S/.600.00 - S/.800.00 per month Work location: On-site
