Position Summary:
We are seeking a warehouse intern to standardize procedures, implement instructions, and monitor inventory in Los Olivos.

**WE ARE LOOKING FOR:** **WAREHOUSE INTERN**
**Work Location:** **Los Olivos.**
**Requirements:**
* Graduate or final-cycle student in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, Logistics Management, or related fields.
* Prior experience of 3 to 6 months in warehouse management or inventory control.
* Knowledge of process standardization.
* Intermediate-to-advanced proficiency in office software.
**Main Responsibilities:**
* Information gathering.
* Standardizing procedures across business units.
* Implementing procedures and instructions.
* Conducting random audits of physical inventory counts at each warehouse.
* Contributing to KPI implementation.
* Validating the results of physical counts performed by operations, auditing that recorded data is accurate to ensure the reliability of the Inventory Record Accuracy indicator.
* Collecting and organizing daily workflow information from warehouse processes (receiving, storage, and dispatch) to structure the steps required to establish formal departmental procedures.
* Monitoring inventory levels, identifying risks of stockouts, low turnover, and material obsolescence, and promptly alerting involved departments to take preventive actions.
