Job Description Mission: The Civil Works Intern is responsible for acquiring knowledge and practical experience in a professional environment, supporting assistant, design, and specialist engineers in developing calculation reports, technical specifications, reports, drawings, and quantity take-offs, ensuring optimal compliance with Project guidelines and Company standards. Candidate Requirements ACCIONA, within its INDUSTRIAL business line, is seeking a Professional Intern for the Engineering (Civil Works) area: Mission: The Civil Works Intern is responsible for acquiring knowledge and practical experience in a professional environment, supporting assistant, design, and specialist engineers in developing calculation reports, technical specifications, reports, drawings, and quantity take-offs, ensuring optimal compliance with Project guidelines and Company standards. Responsibilities: * Support the development of structural design criteria and technical specifications for SSEE civil works, aligned with Company standards and compliant with current regulations. * Support the preparation of structural design calculation reports for SSEE civil works. * Prepare detailed drawings for SSEE civil works. * Perform quantity take-offs for SSEE civil works. * Carry out other responsibilities assigned, inherent to the position. Profile: * Graduate in Civil Engineering (5th year or higher), with a focus on structures. * Eligible to undertake professional internships for at least 12 months (graduated in 2025-II; 2026\-0\). Years of Required Experience: * Pre-professional internships of at least 6 months (desirable) Languages and Required Level: * English, intermediate level Software (Desirable): * AutoCAD, advanced level * SAP2000, intermediate level * SAFE, intermediate level * ETABS, intermediate level * MS Project, intermediate level * Office Suite, advanced level Additional Knowledge (Desirable): * Seismic-resistant design * Reinforced concrete * Soil mechanics * Roads / transportation infrastructure * Sanitary installations * Construction scheduling (desirable) * Quantity take-offs ACCIONA has received the Top Employer 2024 and 2025 certification.
