**Job Description:**
**CUSTOMER SERVICE**
**EDUCATION:**
Completed or incomplete technical or university studies in logistics, administration, engineering, or related fields.
**EXPERIENCE**
* Minimum 1–2 years of experience as administrative staff (e.g., account executive, analyst, etc.) in customs agencies, logistics operators, and/or service companies.
* Experience leading teams composed of administrative and operational staff.
**ROLE \- PURPOSE**
Manage assigned accounts by executing departmental administrative processes, applying defined policies and procedures, to ensure full compliance with all processes while maintaining strong customer relationships.
**FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:**
This description reflects the essential responsibilities, functions, and competencies of this role. Additional responsibilities and/or duties consistent with the role may be assigned as deemed appropriate.
* Ensure timely delivery of monthly billing reports.
* Ensure timely delivery of monthly KPIs.
* Ensure monthly execution of Customer Service meetings with assigned customers.
* Ensure timely delivery of services offered to each of our customers, per service-level agreements.
* Collaborate with Key Account Managers to resolve issues and implement improvements.
* Participate with Key Account Managers in resolving Boclaims and CAPAs arising from audits and/or claims.
* Conduct frequent operational inspections and ensure compliance with BPAs.
* Coordinate with Laboratory and Transportation departments.
* Monitor working hours and attendance of supervised staff.
* Serve as immediate backup during absences of any Customer Service representative or Key Account Manager.
* Apply quality processes.
* Other duties not specified herein, as expressly assigned by employer or direct supervisor.
**WORKING CONDITIONS:**
* Work location: Punta Hermosa and/or Lurin districts. (Mon–Fri: 8:00 AM–5:48 PM; Sat: 8:30 AM–12:30 PM)

* Commuter buses available: From Plaza Norte and VMT/VES/Lurín
* Base salary negotiable.
* Food card provided: S/150.00
