Job Summary: We are seeking a Pricing Analyst to manage and negotiate costs with agents, shipping lines, airlines, and consolidators, while keeping rates updated and readily available for the sales team. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage and negotiate costs with agents, shipping lines, airlines, and consolidators. 2. Maintain an updated and accessible rate sheet for the sales team. 3. Negotiation skills and results-oriented mindset. We are looking for a Pricing Analyst to manage and negotiate costs with agents, shipping lines, airlines, and consolidators, maintaining updated and readily available rates for the sales team. This position is critical to enabling the sales team to quote quickly and efficiently, without spending time negotiating or searching for rates on a case-by-case basis. Responsibilities * Review and negotiate costs with agents, shipping lines, airlines, and consolidators. * Keep the rate sheet and current agreements up to date and accessible to the sales team. * Provide pre-negotiated rates to the sales team to expedite their quoting process. * Monitor and renegotiate commercial terms (validity, volumes, seasons). * Analyze market cost fluctuations and their impact on profitability. * Provide ad-hoc support in coordinating orders. Requirements * Degree in International Trade, International Business, Business Administration, or related field. * Prior experience in pricing, international freight forwarding, logistics, or traffic (2+ years preferred). * Knowledge of Incoterms and transportation modes (ocean, air, land). * Intermediate/advanced Excel proficiency. * Negotiation skills and results-oriented mindset.
