Job Summary: We are seeking an Industrial Assistant to support textile production, monitor processes, generate reports, and promote continuous improvement. Key Highlights: 1. We are a company dedicated to manufacturing textile products for footwear, uppers, fabrics, and upholstery laminates for various purposes. We are currently seeking an Industrial Assistant (Production). REQUIREMENTS: * SENATI technician or university graduate (Industrial Engineering or related industrial-focused degree). * Required knowledge: \-Production control (plan vs. actual), cycle times, efficiency, losses, and downtime. \-Proficiency in **Excel** (reporting, tables, data consolidation); basic **Power BI** is desirable. \-Continuous improvement (5S/Kaizen) and process standardization. * Competencies: Organization, judgment, analytical ability, soft skills, proactivity. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Consolidate **daily production** per line (plan vs. actual) and report deviations. * Generate weekly KPI reports for Production/Operations. * Record and analyze **losses, rework, and downtime**, including root causes. * Support tracking of **OPs**, priorities, and deadline adherence. * Develop/update operational documents (checklists, reports) and support 5S implementation. **Work Location:** Av.
